This is a custom item and therefore, not returnable! ALL SIZES ARE APPROXIMATE. We cannot guarantee any exact sizing since all of our items are handcut. This item is made with high quality STYROFOAM. ALL of our STYROFOAM letters will have "slices" in them so the cutter can go into the inside of the letter and back out.
***VERY IMPORTANT*** IF you are ordering your product less than four weeks prior to your event - we are absolutely not responsible for 1)late shipments and 2)shipments damaged in transit because there may not be enough time to get a replacement to you. You will receive a tracking number from us for your product. It is your responsibility to track and if it happens to be undelivered - pick up the product at your local post office.
