Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please include your event date so we can be sure to get your special package to you in time. We may contact you with upgraded shipping options if your event is within 2 weeks of your order.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We typically ship UPS or Fedex.

If you receive a damaged item please do not throw anything away. Take photos of the damage, the outer and inner box and email us within 48 hours of receipt of product so we can create an insurance claim and replace the damaged piece.

Local delivery

Local Deliveries are available in Southern California. Please contact us for more information.

In-store pickup

Our in-store pickup hours are typically 8-2 PM on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. If you have special needs for your pick up please contact us before you place your order. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
