The capital letter is always separate from the rest of the name. Longer names or those that are more fragile may be created in three pieces for better stability.
Due to customization, this product is not returnable or refundable.ALL SIZES ARE APPROXIMATE. We cannot guarantee any exact sizing since all of our items are handcut. This item is made with high quality STYROFOAM.
***VERY IMPORTANT*** IF you are ordering your product less than four weeks prior to your event - we are absolutely not responsible for 1)late shipments and 2)shipments damaged in transit because there may not be enough time to get a replacement to you. You will receive a tracking number from us for your product. It is your responsibility to track and if it happens to be undelivered - pick up the product at your local post office. Unfortunately we cannot control what happens to your box once it leaves our building. Address changes after the order has been placed cannot be accommodated, we are sorry for the inconvenience.
