Upon pick up of the frame, a $100 Cash security deposit will be due and returned upon your drop off day. Rental is for up to 4 days so you can pick it up before your party and return later

We love to get at least eight business days to create your centerpiece, however we know that rushes are sometimes needed. If this is the case, please contact us and we will let you know our schedule.
Due to customization, this product is not returnable or refundable.ALL SIZES ARE APPROXIMATE. We cannot guarantee any exact sizing since all of our items are handcut.
***VERY IMPORTANT*** IF you are ordering your product less than four weeks prior to your event - we are absolutely not responsible for 1)late shipments and 2)shipments damaged in transit because there may not be enough time to get a replacement to you. You will receive a tracking number from us for your product. It is your responsibility to track and if it happens to be undelivered - pick up the product at your local post office. Unfortunately we cannot control what happens to your box once it leaves our building.
