This item is custom made and therefore, returns are not accepted.ALL SIZES ARE APPROXIMATE. We cannot guarantee any exact sizing since all of our items are handcut. This item is made with high quality styrofoam. The letters may have a wire mark where we cut into the inside of the letter.
***VERY IMPORTANT*** IF you are ordering your product less than four weeks prior to your event - we are absolutely not responsible for 1)late shipments and 2)shipments damaged in transit because there may not be enough time to get a replacement to you. You will receive a tracking number from us for your product. It is your responsibility to track and if it happens to be undelivered - pick up the product at your local post office.
